Called to have a simple residential air duct cleaning quote. front desk person who I spoke with was rude and not helpful kept pitting me on hold to ask question of her service manager instead of asking if someone could call me back. All she needed to say was I am not the one who gives the quote and no one is in to help and I would have been fine instead she tells me she needs to put me in the system in order for anything can happen. She then puts me on hold again to talk with her supervisor. All I can say train before you have someone interact with a potential customer they are supposed to be your compnay first point of reprsentation. She also answered the phone with a random hi never even mentioned your company name. I had to ask who I was calling thought I had a wrong number. Unfortunately I will not be using your company and would not recomend.

Everyone on the team was super helpful and thorough, thanks for leading it up Patrick. The basement is dry and I’m not worried about mold.

Patrick and his team helped me with a closet that had a smell and mold growth in it. They were professional and communicated the whole time and its a relief to have the mold gone.
