I've been in a Regency complex since 2014. They were the only company who would give me a chance given some barriers. I had my doubts because of the reviews and the reputation of some of their complexes. I moved into my apartment with never seeing it as it was my only option. Let me tell you they are amazing. At the complex I live at they allow their tenants to make their apartment a home. From painting walls to changing light fixtures to hanging a TV on the wall. The guy upstairs has a working chandelier as his patio light. They are diligent in creating a safe community of like minded tenants. I've locked my door maybe 50 times in the past 2 years. There's been zero crime. To me that out weighs an outdated dishwasher, a shower head that needed to be replaced twice and single pane Windows. When I text my landlord he gets backs to me within 24hrs and in same week takes care of any issues. I had a huge lapse of judgement and gave a 30 day notice because I wanted amenities and higher end appliances. I moved out, gave keys etc. After 3 days I realized what I gave up. They let me move back into my apartment with no consequences or fees. Find another property management company who would do that. Also find another company who manages a complex so well you don't have to lock your door or have to worry about crime. 5 stars is not enough. I highly recommend Regency.

Do not rent from this place. For MONTHS I've been trying to get maintenance work done, put in multiple requests and even went through an annual walk through and have had no follow up. I've been here for about a year and 3 months and for 11 months regency has been in charge, I have NEVER paid my rent late and keep my place neat. Now they want me to voluntarily leave because they made a 'business decision'. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!

Recency management is unreliable, it took nearly two weeks to screen my application and they could not find my application and gave me the run aroun. DONT RENT ESPECIALLY IF YOUR BLACK NO CHANCE!!.
