Dr.Rodriguez and staff have always been a pleasure to see. Doctor visits suck but these people here make every visit easy.

Terrible customer service. I just called to make an appointment for an issue that’s becoming serious and the lady on the phone argued with me for 10 minutes about how my insurance was cancelled which isn’t true because I JUST made a different appointment in which they confirmed my insurance was still active. Then she put me on hold for EVER and then hung up the phone. Then when I called back my number was blocked. What a joke.

This place was absolutely awful. Not only does it feel completely sketch but it had a horrible smell upon walking thru the doors. The staff are the worst, they were so condescending and extremely rude. Made an appointment for urgent care due to a workplace injury and upon my arrival I was treated poorly with an attitude because I didn’t show up 30 minutes prior to my appointment time, I was there 20 minutes early though and was the only patient waiting. The staff told me that I better hurry up because I only had 10 minutes to fill out new patient paperwork and if I don’t have it done then I wouldn’t be seen by the Doctor. When I apologized and explained that no one asked for me to arrive 30 minutes early, they pretty much called me a liar and told me that I should know better and that they tell everyone to arrive early. I decided to leave and seek care else where and went up the road to the Sherwood Providence Urgent Care and was seen immediately and treated with dignity and respect.
