Fred Meyer Jewelers

This particular location is closing on Jan 20th (2018) so this review is moot and may not pertain to other locations; however, I'm writing it because the experience we had was above par. We initially went to LaRog to see about sizing my Sapphire anniversary ring, but they wanted $79 and upwards of 7 days to get it back. Before committing, we called Fred Meyer Jewelers and was informed it would cost only $35. Well, that was enough to make us head that direction. The saleswoman was professional and kind. After completing the paperwork, she said that the jeweler was on site and, if not too busy, could potentially have the ring completed that day. So, less expensive and speedier. That evening, I received the call to pick up my ring. I couldn't even tell it had been sized, with the exception that it fit better. I was highly impressed. If other FM Jewelers are as competent, they are worth giving a try.

They surpassed the competition and even surpassed other FM jewelers with their efforts and Customer service. They made our dreams come true when others said NO chance.

Friendly and helpful jewelers. They are the only place I saw the Tag Heuer Connected watch in the Pacific Northwest.

I had earlier misunderstood what was going on with my ring. The stafg especially the Manager Stefani has been awesome and very jelpful. Its just that after my ring not bing sized correctly a couple of times I wasn't sure what was happening. And all is being done to perfect the problem which seems to be no ones fault.

Worst experience I've had in retail. Went in for an adjustment on my collectible watch that I was gifted by my fiance and left with a scratched up band. The cashier even had the nerve to tell me, "next time get a watch with a better band." The watch wasn't even fitted properly, but they were frustrated because it had to be adjusted multiple times. I told the cashier that it was too tight and she tried to talk me out of it. It was obvious they wanted me out of there, so I didn't push the fact. I get it was only a $10 job, but it actually bothered me for the rest of the day. But I ended up going somewhere else to get it done correct.
