        My doctor said Compass would be contacting me to set up an appointment to run some tests. After three weeks of waiting, I called them. In calling, all I get is excuses as to why I can't talk to the new patient coordinator--she's on the phone, she isn't in today. . . Don't bother to leave a voicemail. I'm going to ask my doctor to recommend a different place. I am very unimpressed by the level of care shown by Compass.

First, I take cancer seriously; second, I do not lie about the information I supply to a medical; and third, I may. be a se.ior, but I am not senile How unconscionable!
