        This location has closed since my review. Much of the staff from the Washington Square location have moved to the Clackamas Town Center location (Abby Included...).

        I’ve never received such an underwhelming haircut but oh well I went with it and was actually double charged. Their credit card system wasn’t working properly, so I paid cash, and long story short was cash was recorded $10 short than what it was, the card transaction went through with a way more generous tip than what was deserved, and after talking to a manager all they could refund me was the understated cash. So she was tipped over 60% and I ended up having my hair re cut a week later. Not worth EVER coming to a mall salon. Go to a real salon and pay for a real service
