My mother Linda Edwards passed away. This clinic has no kindness or compassion and only care about there own personal gain. Don't bring your family unless you want them to die in the waiting waiting for proper care. After her passing as her daughter I was harassed multiple times about a small balance due. The amount of money that this practice was given between insurance and my mother's out of pocket expenses should have been sufficient at that point. But clearly they were very concerned about every last dime they can get out of their patients and the heartbreaken family that is left behind to deal with not only the loss of our dear mother but everything else we had to go through. I would never recommend this place to someone you love and care about. Concerned previous patient's family.

I am so pleased with having Dr. Pham and his staff as my quarterback. My major concern during this 2 yr. process is in contacting someone live to speak with such as the doctor's nurse, etc., due to what I classify as emergencies. It takes forever to get to speak with anyone and at the same time do not get return calls as expected. This can become very humiliating. If under staffed, let's fix it!

I personally had a great experience in here, even when I was not enjoying my time there. The staff was all really understanding and accommodating during my treatments and my hematologist is a very knowledgeable doctor. The referral and scheduling process was all easy. The one thing is I can complain is the downstairs and upstairs lobby need to communicate better. Downstairs theyll tell me Im all checked in and dont need anything else, upstairs I am supposed to re check in to let them know Im there

Dr Winter is a Compassionate understanding, and Listen to your every need, I would recommend him to anyone who needs to see a gynecologist.
