My husband and I have been with State Farm for over 17 years. This year was challenging because our long time agent retired all while in the middle of selling/buying our homes. We got moved to a different agent In a different town. We werent as happy, and had some issues come up. We knew that another agent had taken over for our agent, but we were moved to a different office (Not Rebeccaa fault, that was State Farm Corporate office) We finally decided to go into our old office here where we live to ask them to please move us back over there, the issues were just piling up with the new agent. Rebecca, immediately jumped into action, figured it all out and ended up saving us over $1400 because of the mistake the agent were placed withs mistakes. Her and Jenna were amazing, and have been so sweet and supportive. They answer calls, emails, and any questions we have. We wont go anywhere else at this point. Rebecca at the Sweet Home State Farm has our business, we highly recommend!
