My name is Matt Baker and I was a customer of yours. Was is the key word because I have never dealt with a company so unprofessional as Amerigas. I have stopped myself from leaving bad reviews online, because I wanted to give you the benefit of the doubt, but your absolute horribleness continues and that is why I write to you today.
I pre-payed to have my propane tank filled and even took the day off work so that I could be here when the truck arrived. The truck never arrived and did not arrive for two weeks. In the meantime, I called fives times and each time they said they would expedite my call and each time, no one returned my call. I e-mailed, chatting online and even attempted to go into the shop and each time not one person could tell me when I could get my tank filled. Only in the third week someone showed up and filled my tank.
Now, I keep receiving bills from you claiming I owe you money. I have called to ask why and the answer I received was they filled it up more than you paid. When I told them, that is not my fault and I wont pay for someone elses mistake, they just said they would expedite my call. No-one has called me back, yet I keep getting bills from you.
At any rate, please stop sending bills to me for something I dont owe you. Please take the money out of the delivery drivers or your horrible regional managers salary. This is the worst way to run a business. You take peoples money in advance, dont deliver in a reasonable timeframe, dont call back when questions arise and then bill the customer for your screwup. This is an absolute disgrace of a business and I will be sure to share my experience on any and all internet review platforms I can.
