        This company has done a much better job than many other headwear companies navigating the supply issues in the last year, and their customer service folks are friendly, and thorough in helping by phone and email.

        Richardson's level of customer service has really tanked. Telling customers a small stock order will ship within 1-5 business days is really poor. And calling 3 business days after the order was placed to ask when said order is going to ship, and not having an answer is just as bad. You're doing something wrong if you can't process stock orders in less than 5 days.
