So far my experiences with Sensible Comfort have been phenomenal. I requested annual maintenance and inspection on our new home's HVAC heat pump system. I was able to get an appointment the same week. The technician who came was right on time and he went above and beyond in answering my many questions and even looked at and did some things that were outside the scope of a routine maintenance/inspection, at no additional cost. Another estimator came by to give me a quote for relocating our heat pump, and he was fantastic as well. Both really professional and knowledgeable. 5 Star experience..Not only best of 3 bids but quality work. Andy was great from the giving the bid and giving suggestions to all pictures of the ductwork repair and insulation after completion. There was an area that was unreachable to insulate and Andy reduced the invoice to compensate You cant get more honest than that. Thanks again Andy. Service: HVAC duct & vent repair

Our heating only system died after 25 years. Shopping for heating and possible AC as well brought in bids as high as $39,000.00. The lowest for heating only was $18,000. Ducts are installed since 1992. Sensible Comfort installed a complete Coleman Heat & AC four zone system for less than the lowest heat only bid. I looked at reviews for various HVAC manufacturers and discovered the supposed "best" system has had more complaints. My Coleman HVAC has been installed two years without any problems. Installation had one glitch. Added REME Air to clean air for my medically fragile foster home fellows. Good investment. Only problem was install for new system required sheet metal work. Sealant glued my metal static air filters. I decided to switch to HEPA paper disposable filters. I pay for maintenance contract which ensures the entire HVAC system is kept clean and functioning safely and without problems.
