I guess I should have read the reviews before I decided to take a chance with OMG. How long do you expect a patient to wait, WELL PAST THE SCHEDULED APPT., TO GET SERVICE??? I went here because SFP are such a joke when it comes to waiting times. I sat there for an hour past my scheduled appt. and walked out, AFTER 40 co-pay and come to find out, they actually billed my Ins. for a full visit!! . Same thing with OMG, show up 10 min. early and 30 past my SCHEDULED APPT. ----- STILL WAITING! Again, walked out. MY TIME IS ACTUALLY WORTH SOMETHING. The Medical field has taken a serious dump this last 2 -3 years when it comes to arrogance and lack of quality service. My search goes on.......................

When my doctor retired I was placed with a new doctor and he is awful. I went in for face spasms and he would not let me removed my mask to show him the spasms. Blamed it on Covid and would not refer me to a neurologist. After me demanding a refer, he hesitated but did so while making the vomit it was a waste of their time to see me. On top of that horrible experience he cancelled all my prescriptions that Becky Howard and I had finally got the dosages figured out and my condition managed. Spent 35 mins on the phone just to have them schedule me a in office appt to sort it out. Im very frustrated.

Love this doctors office when ever Im sick and need to be seen staff goes above and beyond to help get me In. The staff here is very caring and amazing Thank You for all you do

Was seen in the er and told to make follow up appt. After 3 days of trying to get through, today I was able to finally get a person who tells me their computers are down and to call back in 20 minutes. Ive already been waiting for 25 minutes to get through so I ask her to take my name & number and call me back. Im told that is not an option and they hung up on me. Very unprofessional. I worked in the medical field many years ago and I would have been fired immediately if I had done something like that. They do not care about you. Its very obvious.
