Out of all my experiences with contractors in the last few years getting my windows replaced by Seaburn and his crew was one of the best! Seaburn stood by his quote even after a four month wait for windows and dramatic changes in inflation and the cost of doing business. It was never difficult to get in contact and my calls were always returned within a better than reasonable time frame. The actual window work was clearly done by an experienced crew. Despite rebuilding out-of-square window frames the end product blended perfectly with our older window trim and looks like house was built with these windows. They also left my house cleaner than it was when they started work! Working with Energy Factor Glass has felt like a breath of fresh air and I couldn't recommend them more!

Seaborn and his crew are FANTASTIC!! I love our new windows and the impact it made on the temperature in our home, is oustanding!! He is very knowledgeable and so are his team. Super polite as well. He was upfront with me that the windows that we wanted were on back order. He kept me in the loop with the status, which is wonderful customer service. If you need or thinking about new windows.... THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!!!!

Excellent job 5 windows and sliding glass door. The entire crew was professional from start to finish. Seaburn went above and beyond to help me out with a problem that he did not have to do. Highly recommended

Seaburn is honest, reliable and practical. He's done two or three projects for us and in at least one case, saved us a great deal of money by repairing some windows others thought needed to be replaced. We are ready to do another project and he's the first person on my list to call.
