i went to the Springfield branch with a budget fix on my vehicle. I generally was not impressed with expertise in that branch. Would not look for repairs from this shop again.

Called to get in for a $2000 repair and John answered the phone. He was yelling over the background noise - told me he didn't know when he could get me in. When I asked him if my car would be secure overnight he said "I can't tie up a hoist bay just to have your car inside". If this is how they talk to people about spending $2000 at their shop, imagine what they tell those spending way less. Avoid this place like the plague.

They do exactly what they promise, typically for less than the estimate, and they're REALLY good at what they do. Best garage I've ever done business with. They really deserve to succeed.

Probably the best experience I've had at an auto shop. Great service! They were honest, up front with everything, and went out of their way to make my experience enjoyable. Will definitely be doing business with them in the future.
