They use to have someone who could read a set of house plans, do a lumber take-off, and provide pricing. That no longer appears to be the case, and is kind of a big deal for a lumber yard, especially when competition is 1/2 block away.
Understand people come and go, and we live in a small town, but in my opinion, a lumberyard needs to function as a lumberyard, especially if you are attempting to sell the business. Really need to find a person to fill this void. You appeared to have this service as late as September of last year, now forced to go elsewhere.

I do not recommend this business. The people working there talk poorly about the family that started it, the operations manager constantly orders wrong products and cant remember how to find the correct products and prices in the computer and I dont even want to get started on the degenerates they have working in the back

This review is for the ownership team specifically. Nepotism, inappropriate relations with employees, and verbal abuse from so-called owner Kat. Please consider spending your money with a business who cares for their employees.
*As you can see from her reply, Kat is dedicated to being a terrible business owner. Builders First Source is nearby and they wont treat you or their staff like garbage.*
