        We are locals to Bend so we were incredibly excited to book with Aspen for our very first time. Our family has played at most clubs in Oregon and we were excited to add Aspen to our list! We booked for a (party of 3 for 18 holes) on a non busy day (per stated online). Unfortunately I had an emergency and ended up in St.charles. I called Aspen 48 hours in advance (to our scheduled tee time) to make sure we could push our spot back by a week (doctors orders, not mine). We were sent (by the front desk) to multiple voicemails, all were different individuals who worked there. I left 2 voicemails on whomever they sent me to, I hung up on the 3rd voicemail they sent me to. First bummer was that we never received a call back and we really wanted to play. Then I see that on our credit card was charged for the 3 of us for 18 holes! Ouch! Sadly, we will not be rebooking here. Thanks anyways.
