        I had a heat pump go out on me at a critical time. Jeremy the owner was prompt to respond and diagnose a faulty electrical component. He was able to call multiple part houses and secure the part and had it installed the same day. His pricing was transparent, service professional and it's good to know I'm supporting a family owned and operated business. West Valley Mechanical will be who I can for all my future HVAC needs.

        Jeremy was great! He was able to check out my clunking refrigerator the day after I put out a request for help. He was friendly and professional. He was able to identify the problem (Plugged compressor) and went to work to resolve it. He did a great job of cleaning up after he was done cleaning out all the dust under the refrigerator. It has been quiet since the cleaning. The cost for his services was much less than the other quotes just to come see what was wrong. I will use West Valley Mechanical again if I have any issues with my other appliances. Thanks again Jeremy! Service: Cleaning

        Prompt and courteous service, Jeremy gave a very thorough explanation of his estimate of services needed to clean our A/C and heating vents. We noticed our heater was quieter and the air fresher since he also changed our filter with his vent cleaning service. We checked other companies reviews on Yelp and Google, there seems to be a lot of bait and switch going on in the vent cleaning business...Jeremy charged us exactly what he estimated. Al Lamaye
