I had a clogged RV black tank outlet, and he was the first one that was actually willing to come out to help me empty the RV. He showed up on time and was willing to work with me to help get the clog taken care of, and he did! Highly recommend them and will definitely call again if I need their services.

I called NW Woods yesterday because we ran in to qn issue with our septic and needed quick service. The lady who answered the phone was kind and made me feel calm in my panic. She was able to schedule me for just 3 hours later. The gentleman showed up right on time (actually a few minutes early), he was very friendly and got right to work. He pumped our septic and asked us to flush the toilet to ensure everything was flowing as it should and sure enough something still wasn't flowing right. He asked for my okay to figure it out. He walked me through why he wanted to further investigate and helped me to understand how the system should properly function. He dug up a separate cap and found a nasty clog! Had he not taken the extra step to ensure it was flowing properly, I would have paid for the pumping service, but not had my issue completely resolved. The charges were absolutely fair and they actually saved me money... the other company I called was nearly $200 more and that's with out the clog. I will absolutely use NW Woods again!
