They were excellent referrals, Olivia met with us all and took some time to familiarize herself with our needs and situation. When the time came for the move, everything proceeded smoothly in spite of happening during a pandemic. At a time when I was overwhelmed with my mom's sudden change in health and the need to find a suitable place for mom to recover and thrive, Olivia was there to do the legwork. She listened to our needs, set up tours, communicated information and we found a wonderful Adult Care Facility for mom. She took the stress out of this process for me. I appreciate her!
