The wine tasting was private, educational, and it was so nice talking to the knowledgeable staff at Failla. The wines are so great as well! We couldn't have asked for a better tasting. This is definitely a must visit place! We will be return visitors again and again!

Wow, outstanding hospitality and fantastic wines. I bought a few while visiting and ordered more online once I got back home. There was some problems with my online order and shipping was slower than I hoped for, but as I didn't pay the over night option, the wines still arrived with in 1 week. I emailed a few times and they were quick to respond. But when the wine still hadn't arrived, I phoned them. I have to admit, I was in a bad mood when I called to complain. Even so, the sales manager took time to look at all the options and politely explain the situation. Bravo.

Although we have been purchasing Failla wines for many years, the service has degraded significantly before and during COVID. Certainly, delays in communication and shipping are understandable and expected, but the level of hassle has reached new heights. It took several weeks to get an acknowledgement of our order and several more weeks to arrange payment and shipping. Many emails and telephone calls remained unanswered. Although we were an established customer, our email was going to the spam folder and, we suspect, this was not fixed, hence the many unanswered emails. These delays caused us to lose access to some wines we had tried to order but which sold out which was another disappointment. All we can say at this point is, caveat emptor.
