Building closed without any notice and never was reimbursed for the majority of the month's sessions that weren't going to be used due to the sudden closure! Terrible business practices!!

As far as the educational stand point is concerned, I felt as if they started my daughter off with far too much work that she had done much, much earlier. Once the summer was up and the tutoring was to end, the instructor made an awkward attempt at telling me my daughter was far too behind to be pulled out and that she needed many more months of tutoring. It's been very blatant that remaining financed is the tutoring centers #1 concern. Not the furthering of the children's education. I was 2 days late (August 7th) letting them know that my daughter would not be attending in September due to beginning the new school year. They still intend to charge my card for the month of September. Almost a month away and obviously no services have been rendered. 2 days prior, over the phone, the gentleman in charge of the facility let me know he had no ability to fax or email me a cancelation form that I could fill out and immediately send back. Once again, blatantly making the process difficult in order to maintain revenue. If any child needs tutoring, please afford them the opportunity. But please, afford them the opportunity elsewhere. As a parent, you'll be happy you did.

The help my son has received from the Tutoring Center has really boosted his academic confidence and helped create a smooth transition from elementary school to Middle school. His grades this year are fantastic and we couldn't be more proud of his accomplishments. We love the Tutoring Center!

For several months, until I retired and moved cross country, I had the privilege of working with Dale and the rest of the staff as head tutor. No one contacted me to ask for this review but I wanted to let people know what a fabulous place this is. Dale and all of the tutors really do love to help kids and it shows. Time after time I saw students who were initially nervous and uneasy about the whole tutoring process grow to love it. It generally takes only a couple of sessions before students begin to relax and actually enjoy the tutoring process. Here's the reason: Kids are not dumb. They know when they are behind at school and are not happy about it. When they realize the whole staff is genuinely interested in THEM and want to help THEM achieve, it's like they breathe an internal sigh of relief. The staff cares about every single student and every student is valued and respected. Students are treated as co-equals in the tutoring process. No one talks down to them. If you are considering getting some academic help for your student, call and talk to the people at the Tutoring Center. You also will be welcomed if you just drop by. You will see smiling parents picking up and dropping off smiling kids.
