These people are why everyone hates tow companies, even though I'm sure there are a few good ones out there. They are a predatory towing company. They towed my daughters car at exactly 12:02am because I guess that's considered overnight. They literally sat there and waited. Cost $425 to get out (3 miles away). $60.00 gate fee...are you kidding me? Whatever they can do to get around the law and charge you more. Woman at the yard was somewhat nice until I started to ask for some information. She cut me off mid-sentence and turned into a jerk. I get they deal with a lot, but they bring it on themselves. My daughter and I were completely respectful and look like regular people. If you are considering using these people for anything that is an actual choice, please don't!!!!! No wonder they are being sued by the State of Oregon for Predatory Towing!

A few days ago they towed my car and when I went through the service of the area I was damaged by the car.

They were great! I had a vehicle that I sold a year ago get towed and it was never registered in the new owners name. I got a bill for $2500 !! Adena in collections was super helpful in resolving the issue and getting it out of my name! Thank you retriever towing!! And thank you Adena for the excellent customer service !
