Took 40 minutes before someone came out to ask me what I wanted done. After talking for a bit I started to get the feeling that they really didn't know what they were doing. I asked if they could make any color and the artist asked what I meant by that. I meant color for my tattoo obviously. It was pretty clear that he couldn't care less what I wanted. I had set up an appointment and when I came back the guy was already working on someone. When I asked how long it would be he told me he had just started and it would be a few hours. Whats the point in setting up an appointment if you're not going to honor it?
