Class Act Property Management LLC

This is the most unprofessional, worthless scam of a company I have ever delt with. They refuse to agree to the lease I sighed back in may 2018. Witch is not up until May 31 2019. They want to charget me 703$ for a run down one bedroom appartment, while advertising a 2 bedroom that is newly renovated for 450. They take days if not weeks to reply. And also have told me that they don't have a copy of my lease. But in the letter that was left on my door December 14th 2018 STATED THAT MY LEASE WAS NOT UP UNTIL MAY 2019. so please tell me how do you know when my lease is up if you don't have a copy? These people also go under asset protection property management and multifamily management. DO NOT TRUST THEM. THEY ARE A SCAM! Please call the Better Business Bureau before you give this scam artists any of your money. They have the worst rating with the BBB. So don't just take my word or any other reviewers for it. We all are telling the truth that this company is a scam.

I am a tenant with Robyn's Nest PM, which seems to be owned by Class Act PM. Therefore I am writing a review here. We have had a large hole in our ceiling for just under 2 months with absolutely no effort put forth by either property management companies to fix it. No one at Class Act will return emails or phone calls when I inquire about the status. I see that someone from Class Act has the time to answer google reviews so that is why I am posting here in hopes that it will get their attention and my ceiling will be repaired. I am on the verge of contacting the owner in order to get the repairs done as neither Robyn's Nest nor Class Act seem capable of doing it. If you are an owner DO NOT USE Class Act property management.

I do not recommend doing business with Kozak or Class Act!! Mark Bellamy, as well as the rest of the property management team have let me down. We had originallyrented through Dragonland LLC., however, they switched over to Class Act and although we never signed a new contract with the new team, they still never gave us back our deposit. When we submitted our notice to leave, we were emailed a list of things we were to complete so we wouldnt be charged. I went down the whole list cleaning every corner of the house, scrubbing the walls, powerwashing the garage, and we spent a whole week cleaning out the entire house to spotless perfection and better than it was when we had first moved in. We never got our deposit back and was told we owed them an additional $200. I believe its standard for them to call a cleaning company which charges $500+ even if its just to do a walkthrough. On top of that, there is a $300+ carpet cleaning fee (we never wore shoes inside the home and had blankets over the carpets the whole time). We received our moveout confirmation letter past the required date of 30 days/1 month. I had to call and email them for the letter. While renting from this company, none of our requests for repairs were fulfilled. Many other people I know, including past neighbors and coworkers, have had issues ever seeing any of their refund again or even having someone come in to fix an oven/stovetop. Please do not rent from these people. And for those who do work for this company or with Mark Bellamy, shame on you!!!
