Worst customer service ever!!! Office hours are posted 8-5, nobody's there. So I call and leave a message. Get a call back, and the best answer I can get from the gentleman is "I wish I could help" yet doesn't help.

Bought my second house without a realtor and the Loan officers are really the ones who do the hard work and see everything through. Had a great experience wirh the people at freedom mortgage, would recommend them to anyone and everyone

Worst customer service ever, tried to refinance our home with them. Worst experience ever, my loan officer Maria Stevenson, if you get her, try to request someone else! She lied to us and sat on our application for 3 months! You can never talk to anyone due to their long wait times, expect to wait at least an hour. Go with anybody but this company.

I am a Freedom Mortgage customer, and I am happy with them as a whole. However, I recommend calling their nation wide center and not working with this local office. Absolutely appalling customer service and from my experience, they have no idea what they are doing. At the beginning of the pandemic we decided to refi our mortgage to substantially lower out rate. I called this local office and worked with Steven. He ran some numbers, got us a great rate locked it in and the good experience ended there. He was not very good at communicating at all. We had to call him constantly to get updates about closing dates etc. We were banking on this refi for some financial relief. The day we were meant to sign our closing documents, he called and said the mortgage wasn't going to happen. I was absolutely baffled and heartbroken. Didn't really get much of an explanation and again, pretty much zero communication from him. We got a call from a senior loan officer from Freedom Mortgage a couple of weeks later, asking why we hadn't closed on our mortgage. I told him what Steven had explained to us. The loan officer was as baffled as we were. We closed two weeks later without a hitch. Im not sure if it was incompetence from Steven or not, but the undue stress it caused, I would not wish apoun anyone. Very disappointing service.
