Willamette Urology PC

The Doc was very nice. The receptionist was rude at best. They are still overbearing with their mask rules.  One of the receptionists had their mask below their mouth yet the young lady who helped me was rude while trying to make me wear a mask. Do y'all not realize masks don't stop viruses from spreading???  I get asking someone to wear one if they are sick but that's it. If you are required to ask people to wear a mask that's fine, but stop pretending like it's your job to force it.

I don't understand this clinic. If you let them know what works for you, it seems like they put you on something that absolutely does not work. I am perplexed. I'd like to give a better rating. They called in another prescription and, I was unaware. Very strange. I had to call the pharmacy and, ask what it was. They didn't seem to want me to be right. Maybe, we should get over thy self :)

Had my first visit today. I left and cried in my car because of how rude Dr. Rosen was. He and his nurse were short with me, did not ask for any kind of medical history, and told me there's nothing wrong with me without doing any kind of tests. He hinted that it was all in my head, even though I've been having issues for 7 months. I felt so belittled and worthless when I left. Also, there are sanitation issues. There are stacks of plastic specimen cups without lids (basic drinking cups from walmart) sitting in the bathroom. I'm sure they're covered with whatever bacteria is floating around in the air. How are they supposed to get an accurate test result if the sample cups are contaminated?

In 2017 Dr Warner and Dr Bashey saved my life by removing my left kidney and ureter. There was cancer blocking my ureter and this caused my kidney to fail. Anyways 5 years later because of the excellent care provided by Willamette Urology Im still alive. Dr Warner and Dr Bashey are the best. They are my super heroes and I highly recommend them if ever you find yourself in need of a great urologist Thank you Dr Warner and Dr Bashey and all who work for Willamette Urology
