My friend locked her keys in her car with it running & called them 10 minutes after she did it, They said they send someone right away, after an hour we called again they said theyd call the driver & give us a eta. After 30 minutes of nothing we called again & got told the exact same thing, after 20 min again with nothing called & a Supervisor answered & said theyd make sure someone called us immediately & still nothing. So that is why they get a one star review

Best experience Ive ever had with a lock smith! Jerimia was so knowledgeable, extremely personable and was able to get here and be finished in less than 30 minutes. Very competitive pricing as well. If I ever need a locksmith again Ill be call J&L and asking for Jerimia!!

After getting through the call center, my daughter's lost car (2006 Nissan Murano) key was replaced efficiently with no muss or fuss. Very friendly and experienced rescue at a reasonable cost.
I highly recommend.
