Thank You Kerie Logan. Been listening for a few months now. I know it sounds over the top but Kerie changed my life. I bought a custom subliminal and a personalised hypnosis mp3. I have tried other hypnosis in the past to try and improve myself. For many reasons mostly my own issues I had a hard time seeing meaningful results with them. When I wrote Kerie and asked for her help I was hopeful and yet doubtful that it would be effective. I have difficulty going into trance which was one of the issues I asked Kerie to help me with. I bought a subliminal and listened for about a month. Within that time I started to see and feel improvements in myself. I then bought a more conventional hypnosis mp3. To help me move past some blocks I was having with the subliminal alone. Started working with Kerie a couple of months ago and HIGHLY recommend. She has been doing this for a long time and knows how to help you in any area of your life. Already see so much change in my life with less anxiety and really excited to seeing myself grow even more in the near future.

Kerie Logan has helped me begin to be mindful with my thoughts and emotions (weeding out my garden) for the better. To stay in the present moment. I have benefited most from the audio recording panic attacks from the app called guided mind where I came across her. To begin to reverse the fear of panic. I have also benefited from the self acceptance meditation. Kerie is warm and comforting and takes you to a Place of peace within yourself and clearly has a heart for people!
