Did not make a decision for 58 days on my claim for a broken ankle that had two witnesses which one was my supervisor and who took me to the ER. No pay for two months and getting almost evicted from my house. First WC claim ever in my life. Funny my case was switched to new person after calling Oregon WC for help and claim approved two days after call. Should have called sooner.

Ccmsi does not care about anyone that they are handling, case number in point, doesn't matter what you have, doesn't matter how badly you're hurt, they will hold out on actually paying for workman's comp, for more than a month at a time. Don't go through these people if you don't have to, and if you do it will be a challenge.
