        Don Kowalski seems like a very angry individual. My claims adjuster from Metlife entered in some wrong information and mistakenly sent a letter to Mr. Kowalski stating that he rear-ended my car, when it was his client, who shares the same first name of Don, who hit me. Mr. Kowalski threatened to call his lawyers if I didn't fix this. I am going to believe that he is a good person and that he was having a bad day.
