        Hope was kind enough to make the trip from Salem to my home in Silverton. She arrived at the door looking professional, somewhat unusual these days, and presented my options for Medicare coverage in a way that wasnt overly complicated. She even had a choice for me that included alternative healthcare, like naturopathy and acupuncture, and that was a big selling point for me. All in all, a very good experience.
