Very unprofessional over the phone. Talking over the customer, raising voice and then hanging up on the customer. Raise rates dramatically without reason, and does not apply all discounts they say they will over the phone Save yourself from shopping around 6 months later and just go elsewhere.

Above and beyond the norm. Today we had a situation that could have prevented the use of our car for awhile, we called just to find out if there was any chance that insurance could help. Unfortunately it was an issue insurance could help with. However she stayed on the phone with me and helped us look up fixes online. She spent 20 to 30 minutes talking to me about our problem.

For 23 years I have had my home and my car insured with Allstate. Since Im retired and do not drive very much started to look into the Milewise insurance program from Allstate. I got into contact with my agent Matt from the Cator Agency. He explained to me the benefits of that type of car insurance. He assured me that I would enjoy the same coverage I had before which was very important to me. Matt was very professional and very courteous. Every question I had he answered to my satisfaction. I decided to make the switch. After a few days I received a note from Matt thanking me for giving him the opportunity to assist me. I very much appreciated his thoughtfulness I also received a call from Kevin, the Allstate sales account manager. She wanted to know if there was anything else she could do for me. She assured me I could always call her if I had any additional questions. After I talked to her I was confident I made the right decision. If you are fortunate to have two excellent agents like Matt and Kevin you're truly in good hands.
