I had such a great experience with Rachel yesterday! I’ve been struggling with finding the right stylist since moving to Salem and I finally found her :). Firstly, Rachel is down to earth and listened to what I wanted. She went above and beyond with her work showing her passion for what she does. She was genuine and cared about connecting with me a client and I appreciated that so much. She checked in with me throughout the whole appointment to make sure I was happy with the process. She was also super accommodating. I highly recommend! Services: Hair colouring, Haircut

The color was good. For the hair cut I didn’t feel listened to and she started cutting before I clarified what I wanted and it was too late. My hair was not styled nicely after wards and I left not feeling great.

This was my first time visiting this salon as I don't know much about downtown salons in Salem. I at first looked for an appt same day and was able to get ahold of of them quickly. Whitney got me in the same day. When I walked in, I was pleasantly greeted, and was taken care of. The inside of this salon is beautiful. Such eye for details, beautiful. and meticulously decorated with beautiful designs and decorations. They chairs are comfy. Just a beautiful space, made it relaxing to be there. I hadn't had my hair done in awhile, and I typically get the same all over bleach, but Whitney suggested highlights, and I am glad she did, I love it. These stylists are true artists. Kind, fun to chat with, and understanding. of tight schedules as well! Thank you so much ladies. I look forward to coming back soon! Services: Curly hair, Highlights, Hair colouring
