        Amazing! Ate there years ago, and it has not changed! They boast filtered water, claim to use no MSG, and have at least five different color rice varieties to choose from (like red, brown, and forbidden). Kwan himself (in his 70's) has a fascinating history, still cooks much of the food, and actually came out to our table. He also graciously agreed to take a group photo in front of a mural he masterfully painted himself years ago. A very delicious and memorable dinner out.
