I visited Simply Blissed for my first time today with a day spa package, and my experience was nothing short of excellent! The customer service and professionalism from every provider and staff member I encountered made the experience so comforting and enjoyable. Having never visited the spa before, I was assigned to three wonderful providers (Nick, Isabel, and Ashley) all of whom I wish to book with again.
I would highly recommend Simply Blissed for anyone seeking a tranquil, relaxing, and professional spa experience!

I want to start by saying that this was an overall good experience. I purchased a day spa package. The massage therapist was great, although they used some new techniques that I have not experienced before. The facial was good, and I am looking forward to seeing results later this week and when using the samples provided. I was a little disappointed there was less focus on deep cleaning pores, but overall was satisfied. My reduction in stars comes from the pedicure. I need to note that Jade, my pedicurist, was awesome. However, the other two nail techs in the room were very chatty with their regular clients. They started a conversation about Native American tribes in Oregon and how they cause a lot of "red tape" which is annoying to them. As a tribal member, this made me feel unsafe. The technicians kept prompting the discussion, and the relaxation I had received during my massage and facial quickly melted away. As I mentioned, Jade noticed this and it was difficult for her to finish my service because my toes kept twitching. While I appreciated the service provided, I do not think I will return. The first two parts of the day spa were quiet and relaxing. The pedicure conversation in a group space ruined my experience.

I will address this with the staff involved and reiterate to them the importance of sensitivity around any topics of conversation that could cause any of our guests to feel uncomfortable. Again, I do apologize and thank you providing this feedback so that we may all learn and grow. Update: Aujalee, I wanted to let you know that we did discuss this review with the two staff members that were a part of the conversation you overheard and learned that they were discussing the "red tape" involved when they purchased Mexican Native Pottery abroad and sought to bring some home. Simply Blissed has a zero tolerance policy for any type of discriminatory conversations and seek always to treat all guests and staff with the utmost respect. We do understand that cross conversation within the shared pedicure room can be disruptive to other guests and seek to balance both the needs of regular guests wanting to visit and guests wanting to simply relax quietly during their pedicure. We are sorry there were other conversations going on during your pedicure service. We are considering making noise cancelling headphones available to guests wanting a quiet retreat from conversations that might be going on at the same time. This may help to meet the competing needs of our guests. Thank you for your understanding.
