We recently built garages and ADU on top. I was working on this project for the last four years but could not find the right builder. Some builder considered this as a very small job while with other I could not develop trust. I hired Oleg because of his online reputation and multiple positive conversations over the phone. Overall, I had a very positive experience working with Oleg and his team. I owned multiple properties but never had such a responsive builder. He helped me with maintenance projects for the main house too at a reasonable cost. A few hundred thousand dollar project may be a small project for the builders, it is not a small project for me. As a small investor, it is even more important for me to hire the right team for the job. I am glad that I hired Foksha home for this project. For 20 years, we had a vision for remodeling our 1970's split entry home. After our first meeting with Oleg, we knew that Oleg could see our vision and would make it happen. Our project included updating and reconfiguring bathrooms, updating flooring, ceilings and trim work throughout the main floor, and creating an enlarged glass entryway. Throughout the project, Oleg, Igor, and their team presented options and recommendations that resulted in our remodel being everything we had dreamed of. The Foksha team consists of honest, professional, and highly skilled craftsmen that are easy to work with day in and day out. And if we ever had a concern, we always felt like Oleg had our back. We highly recommend the Foksha team!
