We contacted 3 A Construction LLC about leveling our 1996 Manufactured Home. The home had not been leveled since set-up in 1996 which was causing structural problems. The folks at 3 A were courteous and professional; arrived on time and water-leveled our home so that doors opened and closed correctly. We were very pleased with their work and will use them again in a few years. Prior to 3 A, we hired 2 other contractors to water-level our home and neither of them did the job correctly. They did not know what they were doing and did not bring the correct equipment for doing the job. On top of that, both contractors charged us $450 each for doing nothing. Our doors still would not open and close properly. We highly recommend 3 A.

We have no complaints about the workers performing the jobs for this company. We do have 3 specific complaints about the owner (Chewy) Jesus Andrade. 1. Constant micromanagement on our part to get the work completed within the timeframes promised, especially after the down payment was made. 2. Level of communication was shockingly unprofessional, rude and insulting. 3. We had to carefully oversee financial charges and remind Mr. Andrade that his Invoices were incorrect. He offered unreasonable and rude verbal resistance to admitting and/or correcting his mistakes. Based on the above issues we do not recommend this company to anyone. We will also submit our complaints to Direct Homes in Albany and to the Oregon licensing agency. Bernard & Hannelore Ondrusek
