Had them replace the wood transom in my 16ft aluminum bass boat. It was a little hard at first to communicate with them/get an estimate. But once I got the estimate, they quoted me a deadline, honored their estimate price even though they said it took much more than they originally thought, and meet the deadline. Overall, they did an excellent job. The replacement wood was sealed and they gave me the option of pressure treated marine ply or coosa board. The quality of repair is great. They charged me $4,000 to replace 7 ribs in my wood boat. Ribs they put in were not marine plywood. And also 3/8 4 ply. I ask about the small ribs they put in. Guy says don’t worry I put a lot of glue on it. Took my boat some where else and they build boats. We have evidence and proof the boat wouldn’t be safe in the ocean or any rough conditions I’m looking to lawyers and do my best to get my money back from Britton boat repair.
