I would give them ZERO stars if I could. Do not trust their billing system. They charged me instead of my insurance. When I attempted to tell them that they were useless. They took me when I didn't want or need to go by ambulance. After I specifically said I didn't want to go in an ambulance to both paramedics. They then ignored me and took me anyways. Even though I was a non-emergency patient. I ended up sitting in the ER for over 12 hours so clearly I wasn't an emergency.

This company sent a bill for my ambulance ride which I paid online in two payments. After receiving a second bill not reflecting that payment, my husband called them. After being told they hadn't received it, they eventually admitted they had. After the second payment for the remaining balance, I received a call from a third party asking for the amount in full. This third party didn't identify the name of their company, but did come up with Falck after saying the wrong name. I wasn't sure at that point if the second payment had cleared, so I requested a bill sent in the mail. When I checked the account and saw the second payment had cleared my account almost a month ago, I called back and asked them not to harass me since they're paid in full. At that time I was told they'd received the $100 payment, but not the second one. My husband then called Falck directly and was told they'd received the second payment, but not the initial $100. Now my husband is having to email screenshots from our bank account to prove we paid two payments that cleared and Falck has definitely received. Don't trust them. Pay with a way you can easily prove later. Incompetence/scammy makes no difference at this point. This is obviously a problem particularly for people made vulnerable by what led them to need an ambulance in the first place. I will be pursuing this with my bank as a next step to report fraud/ whatever recourse there may be for this sleazy behavior.

The crew and the emergency services were great. They were caring and professional and were top notch!!! However their billing department needs to be rated negative 5 stars! I was in an auto accident over 3 years ago and the other party was 100% at fault. I have repeatedly complied with every request Falck billing has made to facilitate payment and the insurance company is patiently waiting to issue them a check. Falck refuses to cooperate and has drug this out for years!!! Yet they continue to harass me wanting to get paid. This morning they told me they do not have e-mail or fax capabilities in their offices! This is not sound business. I am sorry for the great teams working with patients who are so poorly represented on the back end by that office staff.

Incompetence/scammy makes no difference at this point. This is obviously a problem particularly for people made vulnerable by what led them to need an ambulance in the first place.
