Customer service is lacking. They lost my business over a $59.00 mulch kit. They recommended mulching blades that were aftermarket, that were the wrong size. Training lacking as well and I deal with the parts manager. I prefer to support local small businesses, looks like Lowe's and Home Depot are my preferred stop from here on out. Just went down to Kubota and bought a $8,000 zero turn. Great customer service at Kubota of Roseburg!
