Neil Hibbs is the land surveyor for my property and he also did 2 of my neighbors. He knows what he’s doing. Douglas County Building Department made several mistakes regarding the flood zone for my guest house. I am River front on the South Umpqua, so it is critical that it is correct. Neil has and continues to answer all of my questions and he explains everything so that we understand. Couldn’t ask for better customer service, he nails it every time.

Wanted to share with those folks in Douglas County, Oregon. We are in the process of moving and in doing so; we hired Neil Hibbs to do some surveying for us. Specifically, we needed him to issue a NFIP Flood Insurance Elevation Certificate. I can't really explain how fast (and accurate) the work was completed. From our initial call to completion of the field work was about three-days. He also located the property corners (which were extremely hard to find). Time on location was about 1 1/2 hours. Thank you Neil for your five star service.
