Renee did a wonderful job working with me to figure out the best way to meet our insurance needs. She was very open, up-front, and knowledgeable about a variety of topics. She even told me flat out to NOT switch our family business insurance, even though she offered a comparable product, and spent a lot of time going over some other concerns and offering advice to minimize our liability.

Renee Frati is a very high-level professional and I respect her and the work she does very much. She's smart, knowledgeable, and caring. Most of all, she is very easy to work with and takes good care of her clients. I was impressed with the time she took with me to explain my current insurance. And then, she did a side by side comparison of insurance she could offer me. I learned that previously I was under-insured and she could fill in the gaps - and - at a lower price! Great experience.
