Got home with a terrible pizza. I took it back the next day after and requested a refund. I was told corporate policy was no refund the unless returned the same day because my payment was already processed and apparently you can't do another transaction. But they would give me a voucher for another pizza, oh joy just what I wanted.
Won't be going back there again, ever!

Ordered pizza and chicken from the Abbys in Grants Pass and when it arrived the chicken was litterly bloody and the pizza uncooked. DISASTER

I like to go to the myrtle creek abbys to play their machines however tonight when I went they were short handed and everyone seemed to be busy doing something except who I thought was the manager I asked her name and she said Jamie. My husband and I watched for a bit while we waited for our order to be done and she just kept standing around avoiding any calls or helping the very nice blond haired girl who made our pizza. We witnessed her being snippy with co workers and she was snippy with us when I asked about how long it would be. I should think being a busy Friday night she should be doing something. I hope service is better next time we go.

Im from Myrtle creek. Last night ordered a pizza and was told it would take up to 2 hours. No problem I said. It took over 2 hours and on top of it all was the wrong pizza. Ordered a large, was a small. Wrong crust again. Im not ordering from them again. The manager took my order, she was rude and short with me. I pay up to $35 dollars for a pizza to be delivered. I want what I ordered not their mistakes.
I live at a retirement home, maybe she thinks Im too senile to notice.
