They refuse to get an MRI machine for breast exams. One must travel all the way to Asante and get lost in the parking lot.

Dr. Merlo is the best doctor I've ever been to. And I do not give my endorsement lightly. She listens well and always tries to fix the problem, not just treat symptoms. She is pleasant and kind, but will also challenge you. Great person and doctor.

Absolutely terrible experience with Rogue River Family Practice. Would not recommend going to this doctors office to anyone. Rude front desk staff, unprofessional doctors. Waited around for 6 months to receive a call after being referred to a specialist. Called office several times throughout the 6 month period and was told something different every time. Called today again and was told the referral was denied back in August. No one had the decency to call and let me know about the denial, and/or send the referral to a different specialist. They do not care about your well being. Please do not go here. I will be looking for a new primary ASAP.

8/2022 I came for a first visit and wound up FIRING the PA Rachel Boyle, immature, disrespectful, hopped up on coffee or something that caused her hands to shake fiercely (not a natural palsy) and blazing thru our first meeting, ready to jet half way thru. Did not answer my questions, became defensive when I corrected information I had given her and to which she incorrectly summarized, assumed and projected. I confronted her and she could not assume responsibility or manage the grace to get things straight, instead, THREATENING me and literally running out the door. I spoke with the office manager but I'm still going to contact the owner or director. That was so utterly juvenile that I'd rather skip treatment than be given the treatment. Get rid of her. Or at least send her to a communications workshop. She's a liability.

I've been struggling with weight loss, I exercise, eat right, but just needed some help. Thought maybe go the route of prescription weight loss, with a dr's Monitoring... what I got was mind blowing.. I was charged $150 for dr Boyles to tell me to go get a membership at the ymca... WOW.... should have read their reviews before I spent my hard earned $$
