Great experience with truce auto. They met us last minute to drive a car and didnt pressure us at all when we said wed like to think about it and get back to them. We pointed out a leak in the sunroof and they were happy to fix the problem and ensure it was in fact fixed. Would definitely do business with them again.

In August 2021 my wife and I bought this 2015 Jeep Patriot from Truce Auto Redmond. A few months later we packed up and drove across East Oregon, through Idaho to Utah then across Wyoming down through Colorado into Northern New Mexico. The Jeep handled a heavy load, speeds around 80 for 400 miles a day and performed like a new vehicle.
Heavy snow, no problem thanks to 4x4 and new snow tires.

This will probably be buried in their good reviews, and maybe my experience was a fluke, but it was honestly not a good experience.
Sandy and Tracy came off as very stereotypical car salesmen: business first, pretty dishonest, and and profit over people.
I took a car in to get pre-inspected, and afterward made an offer on it once everything checked out. We couldnt make a deal so I left empty-handed, which was fine. 15 minutes later they call back and said they could negotiate some more. Great. Right after they called, the mechanic that did the pre inspection called me and said Truce Auto was asking for the pre-inspection report (that I had paid for), so they could use it to sell the car. When I got back to the dealer, I asked Sandy if she had talked to the shop, and she lied and said no she had not. I later called her out on her lie and she confessed but really tried to weasel her way out of the uncomfortable situation instead of just apologizing and owning up to what they were doing. This was followed by some more shmoozing saying someone had come to look at the same car as soon as we left the first time, but they were gracious enough to give us the first dibs (all within 15 minutes, right).
The second lie came when I found a bill of sale in the car from a few weeks prior, someone had bought and returned the car within a few days. I called the buyer to ask why they did, they explained. When I asked Sandy why they returned the car she said your guess is as good as mine and totally lied saying she didnt know.
All in all, did they sell me a car that wasnt what they said it was? No. But I left with a terrible taste in my mouth and I will never buy from them again. They dont deserve a good review just because the car I ended up with was good.
