Unfortunately I forgot the gentleman’s name that I talked with, but he was absolutely fantastic , friendly and extremely knowledgeable about my project for my rv. He gave me great advice and is definitely all about helping the people and the best interest of people and their situation, 100% recommend these guys!!!

I did business with superior sanitation and they sent somebody out from Muck Septic to pump my tank. The person did not check my line from the house and they said that my drainfield was working. The situation did not resolve, I reported that to them. Weeks passed, but it didn’t resolve.
Finally, my calls were neither answered or returned.
A couple of other companies reached-out and Im really thankful.

Poor customer service, will say the drivers were great but "dusty" is lacking in her customer skills and is very rude, doesn't listen to anything a customer has to say and will not hesitate to put you on a do not pump list if you have an emergency. They also do not have the best prices and will just raise them out of the blue if they dont like you. They dont like to answer their phones either. Will not recommend to anyone
