Larry's is great, super friendly people. Larry himself checked in the truck I dropped off, helped me with one if my suitcases and offered to give me a ride to the airport. He brought me into his office to finish checking in the truck, asked me how the truck drove, I told him a concern and he put in a fix it ticket right away so the next customer would not have the same problem. We ended up talk about all kinds of things for the next half hour while I waited for my Uber which I had previously ordered. What a completely different experience from when I picked up the truck in Arizona. Larry is a great guy and a wonderful ambassador for the city of Redmond.
