I found his work to be unsatisfactory when it came to the sprinkler system. Low quality pipes were used and he did not follow my instructions of making sure the main pipes were far enough from the property line so that fencing could be put in. When the fence was finally put in, a number of holes for the 4x4's broke many pipes. Plus some plants never got drip lines to them. It took months before he corrected that. And it took a year to get from him a layout of where the main pipes and drip hoses were buried.

William and his crew did a great job on our landscape project! He has great ideas and good vision for what will look amazing. They were professional, hard-working and kept the work site super tidy every day. They went above and beyond meeting our expectations.

So William and his crew just finished my landscaping job. I was referred to Landmark by my landscape designer Angie Snell (another diamond). While Landmarks bid was not the lowest, I was greatly impressed with William when I met him. He seemed very honest, very knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with. Turns out my first impression was right and I am so glad that I chose Landmark. I cannot say enough good things about William and his fine crew of landscapers. William takes pride in his work and he is an artist at what he does. Anytime I presented a concern or question he worked with me to find a solution. He never brushed me off and he makes it clear that he genuinely wants to do the best job possible for his customers. The quality of his work is excellent. And although the job is complete, I know that at any time in the future I could call with a question or concern (how do I set that light timer again?) and he would be happy to help. If you are looking for a landscaper, go with this company! And if you do work with William, ask him about his pottery. Turns out he is a very talented pottery artist too!
