I won’t go back, not would I recommend them. The last time I ordered glasses they called to say they were in, but when I went to pick them up, they were in, in the Prineville office. They were sent to the wrong location. This time, I ordered two pair of glasses. Regular glasses and sunglasses. It took 6 weeks for them to come in, and every time I called no one answered. It took 3 days to get a call back. I was out of town and had to have someone else pick them up for me but when she went in, they only gave her one pair of glasses. She had to insist they look for the second pair. There was always an excuse, “we’re so short staffed”. Everywhere is short staffed. Your glasses are not inexpensive, compared to other places. There is absolutely no reason to spend money for poor service!

We found that this place, including the surrounding office have a practice of exaggerating conditions, even to the point of using "scare" tactics with their patients. When our insurance changed, we gave Costco a try and found out that everything this place was telling us was far from the reality of the matter and their pricing was through the roof. When we wanted to switch our prescription, the office gave us the hardest time obtaining our paperwork and on top of that charged $60.00 for it and they took for ever. I would rate the services and practice of this place a -5 Stars if I could. We had been so scared and desperate to find my daughter a solution to her eyes, cause they told us that at this rate she would go blind in a few years, she is only 16. Lies and slander. Probably going to go over the BBB as well. Beware! Just cause you have eye problems, don't BE BLIND! Follow up: This business is NOT accredited

Not sure what changed with this place but ever since they opened back up after the COVID stuff, they went down hill fast. I received my yearly check up reminder 4 months ago and have called over a dozen times and left voicemails with no return. Today was the final straw, called and someone answered and hung up once I said "hello?" Maybe they are trying to go out of business idk but if you want to keep your prescriptions up to date I highly recommend going else where.
