Do not contact or work with this company!!! Subcontractors and homeowners beware they wont pay you and will take your money and not deliver your product. Its business like this that gives the trades a bad name. Really poor money management and lies from the so called owner!

We hired IDC in August, with a down payment of half down. The work we asked for was not started for weeks and mediocre at best. Then, they were suppose to start the 2/3 project for us. Again, weeks went by after multiple phone calls, emails, text messages to setup a time. They lack of communication is beyond frustrating and worrisome. We finally asked for our money back and two weeks have gone by without any information. I have tried calling the owner, his phone is off and the voicemail is full. I have gone to the office and its closed. I have emailed, text and nothing. I guess its time for a lawyer.

We signed a contract with Interior Design Concepts for purchase of kitchen cabinets from RidgeCrest Custom Cabinetry and paid in full. Mr. Hernandez, the owner of Interior Design Concepts, withheld our funds, $18,583, didn't order our cabinets from RidgeCrest, and refused to return our money.  No explanation.  Don't do business with him.
